The game was nice well made and I loved the 4:3 ratio but I didn’t know that you had a flashlight which made it harder for me to see but here’s my let’s play

This was insanely creepy. I was being very goofy in the beginning, but as the game went on, I couldn't help but clam up and become immersed in the terrifying environment. The game builds up tension incredibly well, and keeps you in fear after a certain point. I really liked this!

The atmosphere in the game was nice and the pages really help tell the story. The fact that was was barely anything chasing you also helps with the creep factor. Overall, nice job.

Really spooky game. The atmosphere was scary and kept me anxious for almost the entire playthrough. I enjoyed this game thoroughly. I did a playthrough of the game and I will link it below if you're interested in watching.

Thank you for the video, I'm glad you enjoyed it :)

Everyone on twitter is talking about how good Hamilton is, so I decided to check it out.

Jokes aside, this was amazing. Super creepy, little touches that add more to the scare factory, and never a cheesy jumpscare. Well done!

Thank you!

Is the game finished and needs no more updates?

Content wise the game is done as of 1.1 which just added new ending text, otherwise the only updates in future will be fixes and adjustments which I'll try to address as they come.

hello, I played the game and it was short and sweet, I liked the environment, sound effects were nicely timed, I wish that the flashlight was a bit brighter cause it barely helped really, over all, good work

Thank you for the video :)

The lighting in general is something I'll be looking into a bit to try to find a middle ground where things are still sufficiently dark while making it less annoying to navigate.

Great job on that first demo! Not a big fan of quitting the game at the end though. I really thought the game crashed at first. 😁
The poster that changes on the second "level" is a neat idea but easy to miss entirely. Same for the first "monster".
Kudo for nailing down the PS1/Horror aesthetic. 👍 The demo looks great and creepy. To the point that it made me realize that I would love to play a king's field game in a "modern" setting like that.
Keep it up!

Thanks for the feedback! The game closing at the end was one of the decisions I wasn't super comfortable with but I stuck with it, which was probably the wrong decision. I might upload a sneaky update at some point which replaces it with something better when I can figure it out.

Thanks for playing! :)

played it it was creepy as heck im quite weak at this type of horror games where the backround is all pixelated and dark thats why i usually just remove my headphoens but this game gave me a more terrifying expierence made me remember the old horror game i played years ago here is a video its on the first

Thanks for playing! Glad it gave you a scare :)
